Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® Workshop

Build the kind of team people want to be on.

This isn’t a lecture.

This is tactical, strengths-based, and designed for your actual team dynamics.

Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Behaviors® model lies at the heart of every healthy, high-performing team.

At Reframed Coaching, we help teams turn those behaviors into everyday habits. Together, we build trust, have the real (and productive) conversations that move things forward, and create shared accountability that actually sticks.

We also use practical tools like CliftonStrengths, feedback frameworks, and leadership operations systems that make those behaviors real and repeatable.

What we cover

We blend The Five Behaviors® model with practical tools like CliftonStrengths and SBIR feedback to turn teamwork into everyday action and real results.

Trust

We explore how vulnerability, credibility and consistency build psychological safety and introduce tactical habits to support it (like trust check-ins).

We normalize healthy tension and provide frameworks (like Radical Candor and SBIR) to navigate tough conversations with clarity and care.

Commitment

We move beyond vague “ownership” and show teams how to use peer-to-peer feedback tools, visible agreements and follow-through loops.

Results

We help your team distinguish alignment from agreement. To do this, we use tools like RAPID or CATT to make decisions explicit, not assumed.

We connect day-to-day behaviors back to team goals and help your team define what success looks like. We also help you measure progress and celebrate shared wins.

Conflict

Accountability

Why Reframed?

Other facilitators teach The Five Behaviors® as theory.

We help you build the processes, habits and language that make The Five Behaviors® stick.

Our approach blends:

✅ Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Behaviors® framework

✅ CliftonStrengths to understand team dynamics and blind spots

✅ Leadership operating systems like SBIR feedback, trust equations, RAPID decision-making, and communication audits

You’ll get a seasoned leadership coach who understands both people and systems, and who isn’t afraid to ask hard questions.

About your coach

Who is Alice Ko?

For the past 20+ years, I’ve worked for innovative organizations, tech startups/scaleups, agencies, non-profits, the Big 4, and corporate conglomerates. I’ve worked on every type of team imaginable - and experienced the good and the bad.

I’ve been an IC and people manager at multiple organizations so I feel your pain. Working as a new manager has a different set of challenges and you don’t always get the support you need.

How I started

I built this program for myself when I sought ways to make my management easier and my team more productive.

I even became a certified coach to improve my management skills!

That’s how I accidentally discovered my passion and skill for coaching, facilitating, and training.

So, I launched a CliftonStrengths consultancy.

Then, companies asked me to train their startup teams and new managers.

And just like that, this program was formed.

Why I love doing this

  • This is the program I wish I had when I started managing.

  • There’s nothing I love more than supporting people through one of the most challenging transitions in their professional lives.

  • That’s why I run small, curated group cohorts that are customized to the participants.

  • Everybody gets the attention they need to succeed.

  • This is not a webinar or lecture series. I know each manager’s name and unique challenges.

  • Each manager has direct access to me between sessions.

  • All groups are high-touch, personalized, and you’ll feel like you have personal coach on your side.

  • Together, we mimic the environment of a team forming trust and working through challenges together.

  • We learn how to create safe spaces where people share real challenges, give real feedback, and learn together.

  • Participants gain a new mindset with frameworks and tools to excel as people managers.
